We are assisting one of our clients, a trading company with 50% investment from Indonesia’s state-owned oil and gas enterprise. Leveraging the strengths of its parent companies, the company is actively expanding its energy trading operations and is currently seeking a management-level professional to join the HR & General Affairs department.

■ Job Description
You will be responsible for a wide range of HR and General Affairs functions as a hands-on contributor. This role requires proficiency in English for both internal and external communication, as well as document preparation. Key responsibilities include:
> Human Resources:
- Operate HR systems and processes, including preparation and approval workflows for salary, raises, bonuses, transfers, and organizational changes.
- Coordinate mid-career recruitment activities.
- Manage employment procedures, including onboarding and resignations.
Note: Certain payroll and labor operations are outsourced.
>General Affairs:
- Organize and manage logistics for shareholder and board meetings, including shareholder correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, such as maintaining the articles of incorporation and company registration.
- Develop and implement internal regulations to support internal control frameworks.
- Provide administrative support to expatriates, including the company’s president.
- Handle various other general administrative duties as needed.
>Additional Information:
On-the-job training (OJT) will be provided upon joining to ensure familiarity with the full scope of HR and General Affairs responsibilities.
■ Requirements
- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 level or above)
- Experience in HR and/or General Affairs
- Familiarity with IT-related tasks or systems
- Intermediate to advanced English skills (reading, writing, speaking)
- Fluency in Indonesian
- Legal consulting experience related to trade transactions (preferred)
- Practical experience in accounting or finance (preferred)

- Estimated Annual Salary: JPY 6,000,000 to JPY 9,000,000
