- Scout and recruit candidates whose value and skills aligns with clients requirements’
- Handle multiple recruitment projects for different clients
- Provide career mentoring and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Manage candidate data efficiently and ensure confidentiality
- Recruitment branding

■ Requirements
- 0-3 Years of work experience
- Fluent in Bahasa indonesia (Native), English (Business level), and Japanese (JLPT N3)
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Japanese literature, Management, or related fields
- Strong interest in Recruitment
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
