■ Job Description
The role involves on-site management, including process control, work instructions, customer service, photography, safety control, quality control, and budget management. It also includes creating and modifying construction drawings using CAD based on designs received from architects, as well as arranging subcontractors and ordering materials. Additionally, after 2-3 years, there may be opportunities to transfer to major general contractor projects and be involved in large-scale construction.

■ Requirements
1. Graduates with a construction-related major.
2. Capable of communicating in Japanese (N3 level).
3. Proficient with CAD software (3D CAD / AutoCAD)
4. Able to work night shift (70-80% of the work will be night shift)

■ Estimated Salary and Benefits
- Estimated Salary: JPY 3,000,000 per year
- Allowance: apartment allowance (¥30,000/month), overtime allowance, transportation allowance
