■ Job Description
Train and manage workers by assigning personnel effectively and improving the worksite environment. Take charge of on-site leadership, including equipment management, to ensure smooth operations. As a key figure on the worksite, develop a deep understanding of operations by working directly on-site after joining the company before transitioning into a leadership role.

■ Requirements
1. Experience or strong interest in on-site management and leadership
2. Ability to train and supervise workers effectively
3. Those who studied mechanical, electrical and electronic engineering, physics, etc.
4. Able to communicate in Japanese (N3 or equivalent)

■ Estimated Salary and Benefits
- Estimated Salary: JPY ¥2,400,000 per year
- Bonus : twice a year
- Allowance : overtime allowance, transportation allowance
