  2. Once you agree to join the program, you are expected to complete it. Withdrawal is only permitted under unavoidable or exceptional circumstances.
  3. While participating in this program, you may not engage in any other job-matching or recruitment activities outside of it.
  4. If you violate any of the terms above, you will be required to reimburse Career Diversity, Inc. for the tuition and related expenses.
  5. All information submitted will be treated confidentially and used solely for the purposes of this program. It will not be shared or used for any other purpose.
  6. By applying, you confirm that you have obtained permission from your parents or legal guardians to participate in this program and to work in Japan.
