■ Job Description
Responsible for developing various applications that support company operations, including web systems essential for business strategy. This includes involvement in the full application development process such as requirements definition, design, development, and operation/maintenance.

■ Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree in IT related major
2. Proficient in Japanese (minimum N3 level) and business-level English
3. Willing to work in Japan for 3 years or more
4. Strong communication and able to understand and consider others' perspectives
5. At least one year of experience in one of the following areas:
– IT system development (using C/C#, .NET, Java, PHP, etc.)
– IT infrastructure construction (Cisco networks or Windows/Linux servers)
– IT system operation and maintenance

■ Estimated Salary and Benefits
- Estimated Salary: JPY ¥3,500,000 – 5,000,000 per year
