We are assisting one of our clients in the Staffing industry to recruit for the following position.

■ Job Description
Process Design & Optimization:
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes.
- Optimize production workflows to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
Equipment & Facility Management:
- Ensure proper functioning of machinery and production lines.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot issues and minimize downtime.
- Recommend and implement upgrades to equipment.
Quality Control & Assurance:
- Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions.
- Work with quality assurance teams to maintain standards and compliance.
- Conduct root cause analysis for defects and implement solutions.

■ Requirements
◎5 years of experience as an Production Engineer
◎Business Japanese equivalent to JLPT N3
◎Business English
◎Majored in engineering

■ Estimated Salary
Estimated Salary: JPY 4,000,000 - 6,000,000 per year
