■ Job Responsibilities
- Sell the company’s products and services, including Japanese language classes (B2C) and educational/trip programs to Japan (B2B).
- Find and follow up with potential students and clients to get registrations and deals.
- Identify customer needs and offer the best solutions based on available products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and institutional partners, including conducting visits and presentations as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotions and share insights.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.
- Prepare regular sales and activity reports, and manage related sales documentation.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team to meet company goals.
- Adapt to market changes and evolving customer needs.
■ Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in any field.
2. Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience.
3. Residing in Jabodetabek area (mandatory)
4. Good communication skills in English.
5. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
6. Target-driven and able to perform well under pressure.
7. Comfortable working in a hybrid system, primarily remote with occasional on-site work.
8. Strong desire to learn and grow (growth mindset).
9. Adaptable and able to contribute positively to the team
