Description
KapanJepan is partnering with an IT Consulting firm in Japan, and we are looking for an IT Helpdesk to join their team.

■ Job Detail
Projects will be determined based on your experience and the time you join the company. You will be involved in operational projects using Japanese and English. Mainly user support operation projects, and many of the projects involve support by touching actual equipment.
Example: Network Engineer, Server Engineer, Security Engineer, Cloud Engineer (Azure/AWS), Desktop Support
■ Required Requirements
1. Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or above) and strong English communication skills, including phone calls, emails, and document handling.
2. Ability to work effectively in an IT environment using English.
3. Strong willingness to learn and adapt to IT technologies.
4. Excellent verbal communication skills, especially for phone-based interactions.
5. Self-motivated individuals who can work independently and take initiative.
6. Minimum of 0.5 years of relevant work experience.
■ Preferred Candidates
1. At least 1 year of experience in English-speaking support work for foreign companies
2. 1+ years of IT helpdesk or user support experience
3. Experience in simple troubleshooting of client PCs (Windows 10)
4. Experience in troubleshooting problems while communicating with overseas teams in English
