■ Job Description
You will play a key role in the entire product development cycle—from concept planning to final production. With 7–8% of total sales invested in R&D, you'll work with advanced technologies in a dynamic and innovative environment. Responsibilities include:
- Digital and analog circuit design
- FPGA design
- Harness design, including motor and sensor selection
- Elemental development, product design, prototyping, and performance evaluation
You’ll collaborate within cross-functional project teams alongside electrical and software engineers. This structure allows you to engage in all stages of development—from upstream design through evaluation and transfer to mass production—gaining broad, hands-on experience. Our close integration between development and manufacturing enables fast, iterative prototyping and product realization.

■ Requirements
1. Degree in Electrical Engineering
2. Able to communicate in Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher)
3. One or more of the following:
- Experience in digital/analog circuit design
- Experience in FPGA design
- Experience in harness design including motor/sensor selection
- Experience in electrical evaluation, EMC/safety standards measures
4. Ability to read drawings using AutoCAD is preferred
5. Having a driver’s license is preferred

■ Estimated Salary and Benefits
- Estimated salary: 4,000,000 to 7,000,000 yen
Based on experience, overtime pay and company-leased housing available separately.
