1. Graduate from a university in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) field
2. Japanese: N3 level
3. English: TOEIC score of 500 or above
4. 1–3+ years of work experience
5. Basic computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
6. Male, 35 years old or younger

■ Estimated Salary and Benefits
- Estimated salary: Starting from ¥200,000 per month
- Annual salary raise (once per year)
- Bonus (twice a year)
- Transportation allowance (up to ¥5,000/month)
- Overtime pay

- Housing arranged and paid upfront by the company
- Monthly housing allowance available for the first 5 years: 50% of rent (up to ¥30,000/month)
