■ Job Description
We’re hiring engineers for wind turbine maintenance and commissioning. This role involves hands-on mechanical work, documentation, and coordination with internal/external teams. You'll also support performance testing and QA/QC for turbine generators.
Travel required: ~70% onsite (mostly domestic), team-based.

■ Requirements
1. Background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
2. Experience with rotating machinery or equipment maintenance (preferred)
3. Willingness to travel frequently (domestic & occasional international)
4. Good teamwork, communication, and basic documentation skills
5. QA/QC or testing experience is a plus
6. Japanese language skills N3 level or above

■ Estimated Salary and Benefits
- Estimated Salary: JPY ¥200,000–¥250,000 per month
- Bonuses
