■ Job Description
Mainly responsible for network/server operations, maintenance, design, and construction for major manufacturers. Scope of work subject to change as defined by the company. Project Examples:
<Network (NW)>
Network design and construction for major electric power companies
Requirement definition and design for setting up new office networks
Network maintenance and renewal for airline companies
Scope of work subject to change as defined by the company
<Server>
Linux server construction, including virtual server and container setup for airline-related systems
Server construction for government agencies
<Cloud>
Improvement and operation of cloud-based systems (AWS, GCP)
Internal cloud service operations using AWS and Azure
Maintenance and operation of cloud-based systems related to electronic money
Various other projects available.

■ Requirements
1. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an IT engineer
2. For development positions: Experience in backend development (Frontend experience is a plus)
3. Able to communicate in Japanese (Proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher is preferred)
4. Able to communicate in English at a business level
5. Japanese language training after arrival is provided at N2 level
6. Must be willing and able to improve to business-level Japanese through post-arrival training
7. Must be able to work in Japan on a mid-to-long-term basis

■ Estimated Salary & Benefits
- Estimated Salary: ¥230,000 – ¥615,000 per month.
- Benefits: Legal insurance, bonuses 2x/year, salary increase (once per year), bonuses (twice a year, commuting allowance, relocation support, company housing/dormitory system, certification achievement bonus, position allowance, etc.
