Description
KapanJepan is partnering with an IT Consulting firm in Japan, and we are looking for an IT Helpdesk to join their team.

IT Helpdesk (Full-time / Permanent)

Around Japan
■ Job Detail
Projects will be determined based on your experience and the time you join the company. You will be involved in operational projects using Japanese and English. Mainly user support operation projects, and many of the projects involve support by touching actual equipment.
Example: Network Engineer, Server Engineer, Security Engineer, Cloud Engineer (Azure/AWS), Desktop Support
■ Required Requirements
Business level Japanese (N2 above) and English skills (phone calls, emails, documents)
Able to work in an IT environment with English skills.
Willingness to learn about IT technology.
Able to communicate effectively on the phone.
People who can act autonomously
■ Preferred Skills
At least 1 year of experience in English-speaking support work for foreign companies
1+ years of IT helpdesk or user support experience
Experience in simple troubleshooting of client PCs (Windows 10)
Experience in troubleshooting problems while communicating with overseas teams in English
