Our client company, engaged in the design, development, manufacturing, and sales of building air-conditioning and disaster prevention equipment — including products such as air outlets, air inlets, fire dampers, and smoke exhaust vents — is currently hiring for the following position.

■ Job Description
This is a relatively new department established about three years ago. You will be responsible for developing new overseas markets and expanding existing ones. Main responsibilities:
- Negotiation and partnership building with local partner companies.
- Handling contracts related to export/import of products and conducting market research and analysis.
- Managing operations through communication with local staff.
- Participation in, planning, and support of overseas exhibitions and business meetings.
- Follow-up with overseas customers.
- Conducting on-site inspections and market research through overseas business trips as necessary.

■ Requirement
1. University graduate (any major; engineering background preferred).
2. Able to communicate in Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N3 level).
3. Able to communicate in English (business-level conversation and writing skills). English skills are prioritized over Japanese skills.
4. Willingness to continue studying Japanese (company language is Japanese).
5. Experience living in Japan (preferred).
6. Experience in sales or marketing (preferred).

■ Salary System
Base salary: 225,000 yen
Negotiable based on age and experience (according to company regulations)
Example Salary Models:
- After 3 years: Estimated annual income around 4 million yen (example: new grad at 25 years old).
- First year: Annual income approx. 2.7 million yen + bonuses (varies by start date) + overtime pay.
