■ Job Description
- New Customer Acquisition / New Business Development
- Proposal development involving key stakeholders (including end-users and decision-makers) to secure approval.
- Presenting to Executive Leadership / Management.
- Building mid-to-long-term relationships and providing follow-up with existing customers.
- Product planning and improvement in collaboration with the development team.

■ Requirements
【Point of Requirement】
Candidates who have:
① Excellent communication skills for sales
② Proven sales experience
③ Ability to communicate in Japanese

【Best Candidate Requirements】
- Experience in a Japanese company not required
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in the manufacturing industry (focused on acquiring new clients, not account maintenance or cultivation)
- Japanese proficiency: JLPT N4 or conversational level OK

【Second Best Candidate Requirements】
- Japanese proficiency: JLPT N3 or above
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience in any industry (focused on acquiring new clients)

【Minimum Requirements】
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience

【Preferable Qualifications】
- Male candidates preferred
- Prior sales experience in the manufacturing industry
- Japanese proficiency: JLPT N2

■ Estimated Salary & Benefits
Salary: Rp 17,800,000 - 27,400,000 per month
