■ Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Design of truck cargo beds and specialized vehicle bodies, from concept to production.

Specific Duties:
- Draft and develop custom cargo bed structures and components.
- Create designs using CAD based on client-specific requirements and sales input.
- Develop new products and establish standard specifications.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure design accuracy and production feasibility.
- Coordinate with sales and production to manage timelines and delivery.
- Propose innovations, such as weight reduction through material and structural improvements.
- Observe your designs in action as they are used nationwide across Japan.

■ Requirements
1. Graduated from a mechanical engineering.
2. Experience operating CAD software.
3. Interested in manufacturing and also enjoys communicating with others.
4. Japanese language ability equivalent to JLPTN3 level (business communication level).
5. Willing to work long-term in Japan.

■ Estimated Salary and Benefits
- Estimated Salary: JPY ¥200,000 - 230,000/month
