■ Job Description
Collaborate with customers to confirm product specifications and coordinate with the development team to ensure smooth integration into the manufacturing process. Develop realistic plans for mass production while optimizing efficiency and quality. Utilize technical expertise to analyze costs and profits, ensuring feasibility as a business. Additionally, take responsibility for troubleshooting and resolving equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and maintain operational stability.

■ Requirements
1. Experience in manufacturing process planning and mass production implementation
2. Strong technical knowledge of production cost analysis and profitability planning
3. Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting equipment failures and ensuring quick recovery
4. Those who studied mechanical, electrical and electronic engineering, physics, etc.
5. Able to communicate in Japanese (N3 or equivalent)

■ Estimated Salary and Benefits
- Estimated Salary: JPY ¥2,400,000 per year
