About Unitare Program

Unitare Program offers qualified students from Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) the opportunity to work full-time (with an engineer visa) and learn Japanese from the basics up to a business level within a specified period, preparing them to work at Human Resocia Co., Ltd., Japan. Before starting work, you will receive FREE Japanese language training, which includes a Regular Class and a Part-time Class (after graduation). During the full-time class, you will receive a special allowance to cover your living expenses.

Salary and Benefits

  • Average annual gross salary for these positions is approximately JPY 2.4 million (excluding overtime).
  • A housing allowance of JPY 25,000 per month will be provided if accommodation is arranged by the company.
  • Employee benefits will include an overtime allowance, a commuting allowance of up to JPY 30,000, and other relevant support.
  • Health insurance, welfare pension contributions, employment insurance fees, and income tax will also be provided, with deductions made from the gross salary.

Offering Letter & Allowance

Selected candidates will receive a guaranteed employment contract (permanent type) before starting Japanese language training class. In addition, selected candidates will receive an allowance during the full-time class (Monday to Friday).

Qualifications
  1. Graduated or expected to graduated in 2023 / 2024 / 2025 / 2026 / 2027 from ITS
  2. Majoring in Informatics, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or other related fields
  3. Able to work and relocate to Japan 
  4. Able to participate in Japanese Language Training (8–18 months; see detailed schedule below)
  5. Obtain approval from parents and/or family before applying for the program.
  6. Adhere to attendance and academic performance standards set forth by the program.
Terms and Conditions
  • This program is fully sponsored by Human Resocia Co., Ltd.
  • You are not allowed to withdraw from the program except in unavoidable circumstances after agreeing to participate (such as natural disasters, etc.).
  • You are not permitted to participate in any other job matching programs.
  • The information you provide will be treated confidentially and used solely for specific purposes, not for any other use.
  • You have obtained permission from your parents (or family) to work in Japan through this program.

About Japanese Language Training​

  • Target: JLPT N3 (Lower to Conversation Level)
  • Total Training Hours: ±950–1000 hours
  • No allowance in the first month of full-time training (assessment period). Allowance / living support provided from the second month (min. 90% attendance)
  • Training duration may vary depending on holidays and schedule
  • Placement test will be conducted for candidates with prior Japanese qualifications

Training Path​

1. Alumni Track

  • Start: Approximately 1 month after graduation
  • Full-time Training: ±8–9 months
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 WIB (online)

2. Final Year Student Track

  • Start: Before graduation (part-time), continue full-time after graduation
  • Part-time: 3x/week, 2 hours per session (after university classes, online)
  • Full-time: ±7-8 months (Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00, online)
1. Company Briefing and Program Registration

Participants are encouraged to attend the offline Company Briefing to better understand the program. The Company Briefing will be held on Monday, 18 May 2026, 11.00 – 12.30 WIB at ITS, Surabaya (venue details will be provided later). The program registration deadline is 5 June 2026.

2. Selection Process

The selection process consists of document screening and an interview.

3. Offer Letter Issuance

Selected participants will receive an employment letter for the agreed-upon position. Participants are required to sign the offer letter as a confirmation of acceptance.

4. Japanese Language Training

This program includes 950-1,000 hours of Japanese language training. The training is divided into two stages: Part-time Classes and Full-time Classes.

5. Working in Japan

Candidates will depart for Japan after completing the Japanese Language Training and passing the required Japanese language tests.
