Unitare Program offers qualified students from Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) the opportunity to work full-time (with an engineer visa) and learn Japanese from the basics up to a business level within a specified period, preparing them to work at Human Resocia Co., Ltd., Japan. Before starting work, you will receive FREE Japanese language training, which includes a Regular Class and a Part-time Class (after graduation). During the full-time class, you will receive a special allowance to cover your living expenses.

Placement will be around Japan.
Selected candidates will receive a guaranteed employment contract (permanent type) before starting Japanese language training class. In addition, selected candidates will receive an allowance during the full-time class (Monday to Friday).

Participants are encouraged to attend the offline Company Briefing to better understand the program. The Company Briefing will be held on Monday, 18 May 2026, 11.00 – 12.30 WIB at ITS, Surabaya (venue details will be provided later). The program registration deadline is 5 June 2026.
The selection process consists of document screening and an interview.
Selected participants will receive an employment letter for the agreed-upon position. Participants are required to sign the offer letter as a confirmation of acceptance.
This program includes 950-1,000 hours of Japanese language training. The training is divided into two stages: Part-time Classes and Full-time Classes.
Candidates will depart for Japan after completing the Japanese Language Training and passing the required Japanese language tests.
