Business Development & Partnership Associate

■ Job Description
- Identify and develop partnerships with high schools interested in educational trips to Japan, and lead related sales activities.
- Recruit prospective students for Japanese language schools in Japan through outreach activities, including visits to high schools and collaboration with Japanese language learning institutions.
- Promote and sell EduLabo’s Japanese language services to corporate clients and universities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the education and corporate sectors.

■ Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with 1–2 years of professional B2B experience are preferred
- Strong interest in Japanese language and culture
- Ability to work remotely, with flexibility to travel for school visits and business trips when required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Japanese language proficiency N3 or N2
- Experience studying in Japan
- Established network with high schools in Indonesia
- ⁠Reside in Jabodetabek area
