You will participate in the development of cutting-edge precision machinery and inspection
systems while leading technical discussions with customers throughout the product development
process.

■ Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Design advanced precision machinery utilizing knowledge of:
o Fluid Mechanics
o Heat Transfer
o Mechanical Systems Engineering
• Develop inspection equipment for power semiconductors and electronic substrates
• Design Digital Twin technologies for Smart Factory automation
• Participate in new product development from concept to commercialization
• Analyze and solve engineering challenges
• Gather customer requirements and propose technical solutions
• Customize products according to customer needs
• Communicate directly with overseas customers
• Lead technical discussions and project activities

■Requirements
1. Bachelor's, Master's, Doctoral, or Technical College graduates in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical System Engineering, or Related Mechanical fields.
2. Japanese Level: JLPT N2 or equivalent
3. English level: Business level or above
4. New graduates & early career engineers are welcome

Monthly Salary
- PhD ¥323,000
- Master's ¥269,000
- Bachelor's ¥254,000
- Technical College ¥220,000
