Designer

【About the Position】
Designers at this company rarely work only as production executors within predefined requirements such as website or app creation. As a design partner for major clients, this position allows you to be involved throughout the entire project — from planning and design to implementation.

In addition to domestic projects, you can leverage your background to take on international projects (cases across Southeast Asia such as Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, etc.).

Key responsibilities:

• User research and user understanding
• Participation in service planning and ideation
• Proposal development and concept creation
• Visual design and design system development
• Implementation review and design system updates

※ In the future, you may choose a career path leading local teams as a management candidate at overseas branches
※ By gaining experience in service design projects, your scope will expand and you will eventually be involved as an art director

【Tools】
Tools are selected based on each project. Frequently used tools include:

• Main tools: Photoshop / Illustrator / XD / Sketch / Figma
• Supporting tools: Blender / After Effects / Premiere Pro / Animate / Lightroom

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of designer experience in client work
  ※ Experience outside digital design (graphic, editorial, packaging, etc.) is also welcome
• Native-level proficiency in one of the following: Thai / Vietnamese / Malay / Indonesian
• Japanese: business communication level

Preferred Skills

• Experience working as a designer overseas
  (Especially Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia)

▼ Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of designer experience in client work
  ※ Experience outside digital design (graphic, editorial, packaging, etc.) is also welcome
• Work experience in Japan or at a Japanese company for at least 3 years

▼ Language Skills

• Native-level proficiency in one of the following: Thai / Vietnamese / Malay / Indonesian
• Japanese: Business communication level (N1 or N2 preferred)

▼ Age Range

• Late 20s to 30s
