Description
This position is aimed at engineers who have built experience in requirements definition, technical design, and team development at SIers or IT consulting firms and want to tackle fundamental business challenges using a UX / service design approach.
Rather than a traditional client–vendor relationship, you will work with clients as business partners. Instead of implementing exactly what is requested, you will pursue better outcomes based on user understanding and collaborate with the team to shape services.
Because projects are handled end-to-end — from consulting to development — you will be involved from defining outcomes and requirements themselves, enabling meaningful product creation with empathy toward users.
In the future, by strengthening your area of expertise, you will be expected to design technical solutions to client challenges and contribute to creating and proposing new projects.
Job ID: 26020

(While projects vary, most follow this process)
- Conduct client interviews
- Understand users through surveys and interviews
