UX Designer

Projects vary, but most follow a process similar to:

• Client interviews and requirement discovery
• Understanding user environments through surveys and interviews
• Exploring services and solutions
• Proposing detailed plans
• Designing information architecture, flows, and wireframes
• Collaborating with designers and engineers to build the product
• Managing QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery)
• Continuous improvement after release

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of business experience
• Interest in service design / UIUX design (experience creating from 0→1)
• Native-level proficiency in one of: Thai / Vietnamese / Malay / Indonesian
• Japanese: Business communication level

Preferred Skills

• Corporate sales experience (architecture, IT/internet, advertising, service sectors)
• Experience as a UX designer
• Experience as a director or designer at a production company
• Experience in large-scale projects as sales / PM / PL at a system company
• IT consulting experience at a consulting firm
• Experience in in-house design teams or product planning / product development

• Minimum 2 years of business experience
• Interest in service design / UIUX (0→1 creation experience preferred)
  → Background in architecture, design, product creation preferred (not limited by industry)
  → Hobby or professional experience acceptable

• Native-level: Thai / Vietnamese / Malay / Indonesian
• Japanese: Business level (N1 equivalent preferred)
• Late 20s to 30s
