In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process — from understanding hiring needs to onboarding — while ensuring a positive candidate and client experience. The recruiter will work closely with Japanese and international stakeholders, requiring both strong language skills and cross-cultural communication ability.

■ Qualifications
1. Language: Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) and English (business level).
2. Experience: 1+ years in full-cycle or end-to-end recruitment (agency or in-house).
3. Knowledge: Familiar with Japanese work culture, HR processes, and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter).
4. Skills:

■ Key Responsibilities
1. Job Intake & Requirement Analysis
- Communicate with Japan’s team or hiring managers to clarify job requirements, role expectations, and timelines.
- Translate or localize job descriptions from Japanese to English (and vice versa) as needed.
2. Sourcing & Talent Identification
- Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases).
- Use Boolean search, social recruiting, and networking to find bilingual or Japanese-speaking talent.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring roles.
3. Screening & Interviewing
- Conduct initial candidate screenings in Japanese and/or English to assess language proficiency, technical skills, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth communication flow between Japanese and non-Japanese stakeholders.
- Provide feedback and manage expectations on both sides.
- Guide candidates to create suitable Japanese documents such as 履歴書&職務経歴書
4. Candidate Management & Coordination
- Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process — from interview to offer acceptance.
- Conduct mock interview and related prepartion for the interview
- Manage candidate documentation (resumes, assessments, visa documents if applicable).
5. Offer Management & Onboarding
- Support offer preparation, negotiation, and acceptance processes in coordination with HR and management.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding, ensuring necessary communication between Japanese and international teams.
6. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the key point of contact for Japan Team
- Report recruitment progress, KPIs, and candidate status updates regularly.
- Build strong long-term relationships to support ongoing hiring needs.
7. Pre/Post Departure Candidate Support
- Collecting and sending documents to administrative scrivener
- Meeting with company

- Guidance & Training for candidates (in Bahasa Indonesia)
