AI Engineer

You will be responsible for product and feature development using generative AI, as well as the design and implementation of internal tools. This role covers everything from prototyping to production deployment.

The team is working at the forefront of product development to create new value using generative AI.
Rather than focusing only on efficiency, the role explores:

• How AI can be embedded directly into products
• How AI can transform the product development process

This is a position at the intersection of technology and creativity, where you will tackle themes that do not yet have clear answers and participate from the “0→1” creation phase.

Like other creators in the company, you will also participate in real client projects and be able to challenge yourself beyond your core specialization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prototyping and operating AI agents
• Developing dashboards and tools (internal and external)
• Analysis and proposals using surveys and quantitative data
• Designing and implementing LLM workflows using LangChain
• Applying AI in real projects (development efficiency + AI integration into products)
