■ Job Description
The role involves the development and improvement of mechanical design, as well as various aspects related to it. This includes selecting machines in accordance with required specifications, maintaining and enhancing product performance, and improving the quality of existing products. Additionally, the position focuses on cost optimization and the development of new products. Another key responsibility is the preparation of technical documents and instruction manuals to ensure clear and accurate guidance for users and stakeholders.

■ Requirements
1. Graduated from mechanical or electrical engineering department
2. Able to communicate in Japanese (N3 or equivalent)
3. Experience in mechanical design
4. Experience in SolidWorks / AutoCAD

■ Estimated Salary and Benefits
- Estimated Salary: JPY 3,000,000 for the first year
- All insurance is provided as per legal regulation
- Paid leaves are provided as per legal regulation
