■ Job Description
• Scout and recruit candidates who align with our clients’ values and requirements.
• Provide career mentoring and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage candidates’ data efficiently and ensure confidentiality.

■ Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Japanese Studies, or a related field.
2. 1–5 years of professional work experience; fresh graduates with relevant internship or organizational experience are welcome to apply.
3. Fluent English communication skills
4. Candidates based in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek) are preferred.
5. Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and the Japanese job market.
6. Responsive, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
